On 21st day of October, 1987 at Lal Quila, Delhi Azad Hind Volunteers' Council was formed by Swami Anand Bharati, a Saint with a vision to awake the people from all corners through YOG SADHNA and Martial Arts and Swamiji worked hard for upliftment of the poor and down trodden people of the society and made them feel an equal respectful citizen.
